  • Q. If I am hiring professional services, why Insurance is necessary?

    Insurance protects against unforeseen conditions like an accident or a natural disaster during the moving process. It is desirable to insure your valuables against such conditions.
  • Q. How much time usually it take to deliver the shipment?

    Shivexpress Logistics Packers and Movers have a wide network of transportation services and fleets, we usually deliver all goods in the stipulated time explained during the initial discussion. You can rest assured of on-time pickup and delivery and that's why we are ISO-certified packers and movers in Pune.
  • Q. What is insurance coverage based on?

    It is generaaly calculated on the declared value of your valuable goods by you, which can be calculated easily with assistant of Field Officer.
  • Q. What are my responsibilities during the entire process?

    To provide all necessary documents like joining and/or transfer letter, written declaration of valuable goods, RC book and Isnurance papers of vehicle (if moving a vechile) and any other required legal documents.
  • Q. What are the goods that cannot be loaded in careers?

    Some valuables and goods like pets, liquids/oils, inflammable items, dangerous and hazardous goods, etc. will not be allowed to be loaded on to the vehicle.
  • Q. What is the most appropriate time to relocate?

    There isn’t as such any appropriate time to relocate your home or office. It is entirely your need and requirement that matters the most. Nevertheless, if you are trying to set a time for your relocation or you can afford a little flexibility in your relocation schedule, then there are a number of factors that you have to take into consideration.

    At Shivexpress, we have specially designed containers to transport your car / vehicle.
  • Q. How we can track our consignment ?

    We have 24 hours helpline and strong customer care service center. In case of any need or help required, they will assist you.
  • Q. I want to shift only a refrigerator? Can I still get quotes?

    Of course, why not? You can still get quotes. However the shifting cost of 1 or 2 items may be slilghtly higher,keeping in mind minimum charges against the labour and other parameters.
  • Q. Is there any obligation when getting moving estimates?

    No, not at all! You are free to make decision on your own. There is absolutely no obligation. Estimates are FREE and easy; and your information with us is safe, secure and confidential. So don’t worry.
  • Q. What do I have to do, if for some reason I have to change my relocation date?

    You need to inform the our representatives of Shivexpress Packers and Movers as soon as possible about the changes in your moving plans. You also need to keep in mind that there may be changes in the cost estimate as per the selection of new date you have decided for the location.
  • Q. What should I do, when an authorized person from the moving company comes to my home?

    A person from the company may come to visit your place so as to get an estimate of the overall weight of your belongings, the cost of packing that may incur, and other charges related to the move and to explain the overall process. Make sure that you already have segregated everything properly so that the estimator can get a clear picture of what tools and man power may be required.
